A developer wrote me today to show his progress on Blinkenlights under Haiku. The original BeBoxes had strips of LED lights on the front left and right sides of the boxes that lit up in relation to activity on the processors (load monitors)- pretty cool feature: Planned is:

• make it work with _lots_ of LEDs - 60 per CPU core as of current plan
• make a design that can easily Be [;-)] put in a PC`s drive bay
• have them manufactured and sold for the benefit of the Haiku general fund
