Pier Luigi Fiorini recently won our June Thank You Award (with DarkWyrm). Like all winners, we asked him a few questions with regards to his activity in the Haiku community:Q1: How old are you and what do you do to pay the bills?
I'm 28 and I work as a software developer. ...
Q2: In your April 2010 Thank You Award nomination, it said: " for the Caya project - Native Multiprotocol Instant Messaging Software". How difficult (or easy) was it to accomplish these tasks?
The hardest part was to find free time to work on Caya - you know there's always something to do in real life.
Q3: What would you love to have that would make working on Haiku easier?
A native IDE with documentation integrated and visual designer. My favourite IDE is QtCreator, give me a similar native program integrated with Jam and I'll be happy.
Q4: What interesting book, band, TV show etc. would you like to recommend?
I don't read much (I usually take a book with me during vacations); the latest books I've read are Dracula by Bram Stocker and The Hobbit by Tolkien, these are books I'd recommend if you love these kinds of stories.
Instead of watching TV, I usually listen to a lot of music - I'd recommend some progressive rock tunes, expecially Rush!
