Alexander von Gluck (Kallisti5) updates us on his work towards the Haiku Radeon HD driver at Haiku's homepage. After months of work, analog video is working (digital will be next) mode setting works, and so will multi monitor support (on a limited number of chipsets that is).
There's no 2D acceleration yet (although the cards are very fast under Haiku), and also no TV out support. The driver isn't yet included in builds. You can read more on the steps that led up to this announcement on Alexander's homepage.
