It has been a productive two weeks...

• I created a new updated build of Mesa (http://cgit.haiku-os.org/haiku/commit/?id=67fd0d069c8213b0f70130ae9aedc9d8eaa00214)
• Remove tons of no-longer needed macros (http://cgit.haiku-os.org/haiku/commit/?id=a37e0c23c86817fcef35abb7cd4d2b12b998f940)
• Shrunk the software rasterization add-on code ~300 lines (http://cgit.haiku-os.org/haiku/commit/?id=065cba53149f2debab46f4b935ad3768eb7d234c)
• Remove the silly gl_framebuffer and gl_renderbuffer wrappers. (http://cgit.haiku-os.org/haiku/tag/?id=hrev43903)
• Got the new renderer working (hrev43903)
• Fixed an upside down teapot (bitmaps are stored in reverse order compared to rast) (http://cgit.haiku-os.org/haiku/commit/?id=d0df888925e4bb873df299d6df87f26b60fb4850)
• Tons of code cleanup.

While I still have a few small tasks left, I am extremely close to completing my first Bounty goal (yay!)

* Ensure GLView re-sizing is stable (lots of stuff has to get re-allocated and recalculated when this occurs)
* Get double buffering working again. (while not used, i'd rather GL apps don't crash when I disable the code that forces it off)

On the Radeon HD side of the house, I've fixed several bugs which now gives us *very* high success rates for mode setting under Haiku:
