gif images do not show. .png and .jpg work, but .gif do not.

0 # Importing HTML bookmarksHumdinger 2010-01-03 12:34
There's supposed to be a htmlToXBel tool that's needed to import bookmarks from Mozilla. Anyone up to a port of that and including it in the Arora package?

Thanks.

This package misses imageformats folder which should contain libqgif.so and other image libs.

Download previous version of libpng from http://narod.ru/disk/20659791000/libpng.so.zip.html
and place it in lib folder inside Arora.

indeed this build has some problems with images - Haiku Alpha 2

it appears that if you install the qt environment from qt-haiku.ru (Qt 4.5.1 for Haiku r127 (minimal)), and after that this Arora file, then the above png/jpeg, etc... problem is not present...

If I'm not mistaken PoZorro included a lib folder with the older png library as temporary fix for the missing images. :-)

Check in the Arora folder for it.

indeed. but I am afraid, that I was testing that "fixed build" previously.

This is because imageformats folder is missing from this package again. You can get it from Qt 4.5.1 for Haiku r127 (minimal) http://qt-haiku.ru/index.php?option=com_rokdownloads&view=file&task=download&id=64%3Aqt-4-5&Itemid=60

Is it just me?

From your screenshots, Minefield is the worst, Web+ 2nd, and Arora the best looking for font rendering.
