Tiny binary patch for Be's stock RTL8139 driver to enable D-Link DFE-538TX/530TX+ PCI Ethernet adapter.

NOTE: the author does not test this patch with 538TX/530TX+.
Moreover, there seems to be different revisions of 538TX.
The author cannot guarantee at all that your card will work with this patch.

You need in advance to upgrade to R5.0.1 or newer, or install the RTL8139 driver shown below.
Extract the archive, double-click "install.sh" and follow the instructions.
(530TX+ will be reported as 538TX.)
After reboot you'll see "Realtek 8139 10/100 Ethernet PCI" in Network preference.
