I'd also like to know, also, if any of these legacy drivers work under Haiku.

There was a note on the developers mailing list that said video card drivers were turned off due to stability issues. Not sure when that occurred.

haiku has a rage 128 driver built in that works just fine on every 128 rage card I have tested. I am fiarly sure I tested them all to. PCI AGP1x 2x 4x and 8x cards. All worked fine.
