About Dualhead-O-Matic:

Allows dual-head users to set a different desktop background image for each monitor, or use the same image on both monitors without any stretching/tiling problems. The built-in extremely high quality image re-sizer is also of benefit to single-head users.

Features:

Select a different background image for each monitor, or use the same image for both monitors. This is possible without encountering any of the usual problems with overly-stretched or badly tiled images that normally plague dual-head users.

Re-size smaller images to fill a monitor, using an extremely high quality double precision polypoint cubic spline resampler. The result: Smaller image files can be displayed full-screen on a high resolution monitor, preserving the sharpness of the original image, minimizing "jaggies" and "blurryness".

Automatic aspect ratio correction. If an image is reasonably close to the monitor's aspect ratio, it is stretched to fit the screen. If it is too dissimilar, it will be framed with border-bars of a tasteful colour, chosen automatically based on the content of the image.
