Nice-looking BeOS native fortune program.

Yeah, sure, you can use BeOS' fortune program and the 'alert' command. Of course, you'll get a lot of repeats, it's quite a bit of work to install more, and you have to muck around with your UserBootScript.

Then again, you can use Fortuna. BeOS native. Looks good. Easy installer. A sizable pack of fortunes is also available for download, so if you like something witty to greet you every time you boot BeOS or Zeta, you have no excuse now.

Now all you need is the fortune cookie to go with it. ;^)

Variation description:

A pack of funny (but family-friendly) fortunes which can be used with any fortune program. Most are taken from Linux distributions, but some are original. Strange characters have been removed and readability has been improved.

Major bugfix release. If you have 1.0, download this version ASAP. The fortune engine has been reworked to be much less error-prone and a bug which could crash the OS (*really* bad if Fortuna starts on boot) has been fixed.
