About Gossip:

Gossip is a threading newsreader. Its currently not very feature-rich, but its very useable already.

Features include:

multiple servers,
support for the most common special characters formats,
filters to only sho unread messages,
possibility to download only headers or full articles,
posting of articles can be immediate or at a later time.

currently it does not decode attachments.


Details about this version:

mainly bugfixes were done, some small enhancements
ADD: MIME multipart (not attachments) now only show text/plain parts
ADD: uuencoded attachments no longer shown in textview
FIX: crash while threading corrupt message was removed
FIX: authentication should work with more servers (once again)
FIX: paste is now possible in the Message composing window.
FIX: quoted printable in body was broken again.
CHG: set timeout from 10 seconds to 60 seconds (currently hardcoded)
