That is, the basic principle is sound: if you edit the netError.dtd file you can have error messages which say anything you like - haiku, bushisms, whatever. But it appears the sample netError.dtd files included here no longer work as direct replacements.
Still, if you download this, read the instructions and compare my netError.dtd files with your exiting one, you'll be able to figure it out. I guess it'll work on any mozilla browser, any platform. Happy hacking!
