About Theme:

Desktop theme manager. For now it changes window colors (WindowShade FrontEnd), Window decor, and Deskbar position. Scheme color, and Restars Tracker and Deskbar. It is a try to integrate all the desktop configuration at once.

This is on developing fase.

Changes the scheme color and restarts the Deskbar and Tracker (if you want).
