hebrew keymap & input method

this package contains an hebrew input method and an hebrew keymap.
the input method is based on the unicode bi-di algorithm.
this version works only with fonts containing hebrew unicode chars (like those used in NT/2000 Hint:Lucida Sans Unicode)

features:
* right to left typing
* supports ctrl+left shift and ctrl+right shift (also works the old way by pressing the right ctrl key while you type)

to install:
* install the pkg file
* set the key map (using the Keymap preference) to Hebrew.Keymap (should apear in the user's maps list)
* if the small keyboard icon in the deskbar does not appear you need to restart the computer

to write in hebrew:
* select hebrew from the input server menu (the small keyboard icon in the deskbar)
* set the font in the application to a unicode font that contains hebrew chars
