These libraries are contained within a VMWare disk, and are for testing the compatibility of BeOS applications in VMWare.

Note, you can turn this disk image into a Parallel's disk image using their 'Transporter' application, or you can convert it to a standard disk image from the command line with Qemu-img.

Here's the VMWare configuration file for loading Haiku with the additional disks as described in the article (linked above).
