If you're running Windows Millenium Edition, Windows NT, Windows 2000, or Windows XP, you will need to create a boot disk with the included utilities. Otherwise, you can simply double-click the icon installed on your desktop to launch the Be Operating System. BeOS Personal Edition can have problems booting when it is installed to an NTFS partition. If at all possible, install it to a FAT partition.
