You are captain of the cargo ship Chromium B.S.U., responsible for delivering supplies to our troops on the front line. Chromium B.S.U. is a fast paced, arcade-style, top-scrolling shooter. It uses OpenGL for graphics, and OpenAL for sound effects.
NOTES ABOUT THIS VERSION:
* both GCC2 and GCC4 binaries
* Source code included* To INSTALL, extract the zip file. Choose your haiku flavor (gcc2 or gcc4) and unzip it to /boot folder.
* Will be necessary to play:
- HaikuPorts LibPak for Haiku

My frame rates (low detail) - Core i3 laptop:
512x384: 27-30 fps
640x480: 16-20 fps
I tested the game using a recompiled Mesa 3D driver. Read my post in OpenGL Demos2 for details.

This is an optimized *gcc4* build of MESA Software Renderer that should give an extra 2 to 4 fps for every 10 you get now. (ie: 20-40% speed increase).
