Description:

Kadu is an open source gadu-gadu protocol instant messenger client

for Linux, BSD, Mac and now for Haiku too.

Most important changes in this version:

long descriptions up to 255 characters
new statuses "Talk With Me" and "Do Not Disturb"
possibility to talk with so called "long GG numbers"
sending images has been fixed
sending SMS messages from Plus GSM gateway has been fixed

and many many bug fixes.

Unzip to /boot.
Zip contains all need library (including Qt) for Kadu.
Tested on Haiku gcc4h r34677, r35431 and r35437.

it'd be better if you just updated the 0.6.5.3 version, that way there's not two different versions here, and you retain your download counts and ratings/comments etc.

I thought about that but both versions are built differently and I didn't want to mix comments. In addition, if the problems are available, people have other version to test.

Actually, you'll have to give the listing another name. Check the latest files on the right, it links to the old listing. Long story short, ATM, no files with duplicate titles.
