This program is a GUI for the "optionalpackageinstaller" script of Haiku.

OptionalPackageInstaller fails to run with this message:

Could not open "OptionalPackageInstaller" (Missing symbol: __8BCatalogPCcT1UI).

What do I need to do to run OptionalPackageInstaller? Do I need to install Yab?

I'm using hrev44273 (30 Jun 2012).

I get this messages then i use a gcc4 version of Haiku. Yab does not run on gcc4 at the moment :-(.

I'm sorry, I forgot to say: I'm using gcc 2 hybrid 4.

Yab don't work on "recent" nightly. Only outdated alpha3.

I have download today the latest nightly and compile the app on it (gcc2 and gcc4). This versions does not run on haiku alpha 3 so i include the gcc2 version in the package too.

Please give me feedback
